The initial experience is fantastic. She is all rounder teaches aerobics, Yoga, Stretching and Pranayam. She understands the need and does so much variation in teaching so that you never feel monotonous. I specially like the wall stretching which is very unique and different. Looking forward for many more months and even year with the trainer.
